Navigating Non-rational Dynamics (NND)

Develop authentic and courageous leadership
Navigate cultural complexity
Transform personal patterns

About the program

For decades, the Stichting Bedrijfskunde has been guiding senior managers and executives through leadership programs. Our ambition is to help leaders grow into more authentic and autonomous versions of themselves. We do this from a unique perspective: by encouraging participants to engage deeply with their life stories, uncover the roots of their (dys)functional patterns, and create the space needed to transform their leadership behavior.

Many organizations face the challenge of integrating leaders from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. In response, we are proud to offer our first English-language leadership program: Navigating Non-rational Dynamics (NND). This program builds on the same objectives and methodology as our renowned Dutch programs. Anticipating a more culturally diverse group, we dedicate extra attention to intercultural reflection and dialogue, helping participants create a shared language of collaboration and growth.

Result

Participants will develop authentic and courageous leadership. By investigating your own behavior and life story, underlying motives are acknowledged and understood. You will transform personal patterns that may limit your leadership impact and learn to navigate cultural complexity in international teams. The result is a fundamental improvement in your functioning, allowing you to build a shared language of growth and collaboration within your organization.

Target group

The program is designed for non-Dutch speaking senior managers, executives, and international leaders. Requirements for participation include an academic or higher professional education (HBO/university level) and several years of professional experience. Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR B2) is required.
